Charm from Mandau Sheath

This small charm once belonged to an important Mandu sword’s sheath. The quality of this small charm is exceptional. Carved from deer antler in the form of the Dayak’s mythological beast, the Aso. The patina is well worn from handling and the original red and green pigments are intact after years of tribal use. The pierced attachment hole exhibits wear from great usage. In excellent condition.

This charm stands 2 inches in height.
