Provenance: Lawrence Grant, retired insurance executive who acquired this tun tun when he was working in Singapore between 1981-1985.
This fine tun tun has a very expressive face and a stylized curvilinear body. The well-balanced proportions of this tun tun, make it a wonderful carving. The wood is very hard and it has a dark crusty patina.
