This Tangkil boar’s tusk armlet with an attached small standing wooden Bulul figure is made of two wild boar’s tusks, lashed together with rattan to form a circle. This armlet is worn on the upper arm by tribal warriors as an ornament before head hunting. The boar’s tusk empowers the wearer with the ferocity, endurance, and strength of a wild boar.
