Gun Powder Horn

These small powder horns known as parpanggalahan were used to store gun powder. The surface of this object is enveloped with beautifully rendered curvilinear designs. At the top is an abstracted Singha face from which the object could be suspended. The patina is encrusted with a well worn surface from extensive handling.
