Standing on bent knees with curled arms grasping an oversized head; this is a well sculpted work of art . This figure has good movement in the body with its pose; the oversized nose with carved nose ornament is quite prominent. Sculpture from this region is quite rare, and the works of art are typically idiosyncratic. . The surface shows good carving marks and the pigments are deeply embedded into the figure suggesting good age. The top of the head has a loop for attachment.

This figure stands 10” tall.
