Seated with a slightly pregnant belly and arms crossed over the chest, this maternity amulet is a sweet example of powerful figures used to encourage fertility. The simplistic facial features are dynamic while the emphasized female anatomy is clearly presented. An outline of a child clutches to the figure’s back.
