This magic container is known as a Buli-Buli or goat horn container. The
contents are a variety of mysterious magical substances. The wooden stopper
on this example is carved with great precision; it has a fantastic expressive
face along with a tightly carved hunkered torso. The curvature of the
figure flows beautifully into the container; as if they are one. The patina
is deep and encrusted from generations of use. In excellent condition.
